This guide will teach you all about Pets and Mounts in MapleStory M. Pets and Mounts are adorable companions that aid you in your journey. They can be obtained as a quest reward or purchased from the Crystal Shop. Pets

Pet Guide

• Each pet has its own unique skills and stats.
• Adventures can be much more enjoyable with pets.

Pet Stats

• All pets automatically come with the Item Pick-up Skill.
• Each pet has its own unique skills and stats.
• Your pet's level and stats increase when you feed it.

Pet Skills

• All pets automatically come with Auto-Use HP Potion, Auto-Use MP Potion, and Pet Auto Buff Skill(only temporary 30days pets).
• Auto-Use HP and MP Potion settings can be changed by going to the [Character] - [Pet] menu.

• All pet buff skills settings can be changed by going to the [Character] - [Pet] menu. Registered buff skills are automatically used by pets whenever the cooldown resets. This way you can battle to your heart's content!
• However, some buff skills cannot be registered to 'Pet Auto Buff Skill'.

• 

Pet Equipment

• Pets can equip exclusive equipment to increase their stats.
• Equipped items cannot be removed, they can only be destroyed.

Temporary Pets

• Temporary pets can only be used while magic time is active.
• When magic time is over, a Premium Water of Life can be used to extend it by 30 days.

Pet Set Effects

• When multi-pets are equipped, you can gain their set effect.
• You can obtain a maximum of 3 set effects based on the number of multi-pets equipped and their set.

Mounts

Mount Pets allow you to move faster. When using the Guide function, you will automatically travel to your destination. There are two types of Mount Pets: Ground Mount Pets, and flying Mount Pets. [Tip!] Pets and mount pets tip!

• Players cannot equip more than one of the same pet.
• Premium Water of Life has a 30-day expiration date which starts upon use.
