This guide will teach you all about the Mailbox in MapleStory M.
Check your Mailbox to receive rewards from events, dungeons, and achievement completion.
Mail in your mailbox will display the time remaining on it before it expires and is automatically deleted. Mail also will display any attached items and their quantity.
Tapping [Get All] will collect all attached items at once.
Shared Mailbox/Personal Mailbox[]
The two types of mailboxes are [Default] and [Personal].
Shared Mailbox
Contains mail gained from Attendance events, On Time Events, mini-game rewards from additional downloads, and more.
All characters created on the current account can use the rewards delivered to the shared shared mailbox.
If a character claims a reward in the shared mailbox, no other characters on the account will be able to claim it.
Personal Mailbox
Check the personal mailbox for mail delivered to specific characters.
Mailbox Tips[]
There is no limit to the amount of mail that can be stored in either mailbox, but only 50 total can be viewed in either mailbox at any given time.
If either mailbox contains more than 50 pieces of mail, you must claim enough of the initial 50 to be able to access any of the remaining ones.
Expired mail automatically disappears and cannot be restored, so make sure you claim mail within the allowed timeframe!
